These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the 00mmr platform ("we", "the platform") and the player accessing and using it ("you", "the user"). Continuing to use this platform means you accept all the terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use this website.

1. General Terms
This platform is a digital service combining online casino games, live casino, football betting, and slots. By accessing and using this service, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions in full and that you accept them.
All games, bonus offers, and services available on this platform operate according to their respective rules, restrictions, and guidelines. In all matters, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
1.1 Maximum Service Limits
This platform is intended for players residing in Myanmar. Players are responsible for checking whether their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their local area. The platform cannot be held legally liable.
2。 Account Registration and Responsibility
The information you provide when registering an account — including your name and contact details — must be accurate. You are solely responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information.
2.1 One Account Per Person
Each user may only register one account on the platform. Opening additional accounts using the same IP address, payment method, or personal identification details is strictly prohibited. If a violation is detected, the funds and winnings in those accounts may be confiscated.
2.2 Password Protection
You must not share your account password with any third party — this includes friends and family. All financial transactions made from your account will be treated as having been carried out by you personally. The platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access.
3。 Age Restriction
You must be 21+ to use this platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing it. If a player's age is uncertain, the platform has the right to request relevant proof of identity and may suspend the account if it cannot be provided.
4。 Deposit Policy
Supported deposit methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Deposits must be made through one of these methods and in accordance with the instructions provided.
- Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (the same for all methods).
- The account used to deposit must belong to the player. Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed.
- After a payment is processed, the time it takes for the deposit to complete may vary depending on how long verification takes.
- The platform is not responsible for any funds lost due to incorrect information entered during a deposit.
5。 Withdrawal Policy
Players may request a withdrawal of winnings earned through gameplay, but must comply with the withdrawal policies set by the platform.
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks.
- The account used for withdrawal must match the method used during deposit and must be the player's own account.
- Withdrawal processing time — normally within 30 minutes to 3 hours. (Myanmar Standard Time, UTC+6:30)
- To withdraw bonus funds, the Wagering Requirement must be met — bonus funds must be played through 25x before they can be converted to withdrawable balance (see the ownership and management policy for details).
- If the platform identifies a need for financial verification, the withdrawal may be delayed and additional documentation may be requested.
6。 Bonus and Promotions
00mmr offers welcome bonuses and promotions for players. Before claiming any bonus offer, please read its terms and conditions carefully.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
On their first deposit, players can receive a 100% welcome bonus — up to 200,000 Ks.
- To convert bonus funds to withdrawable balance, the bonus amount must be wagered 25x.
- Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
- Example — deposit 420,000 Ks, receive 200,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 620,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.
- The bonus is available once only and cannot be claimed again by existing players.
6.2 VIP Levels and Cashback
The platform has three VIP levels —
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
To move up a VIP level, players must be actively playing on the platform. Details on how cashback amounts are calculated can be found in platform announcements. Cashback funds can be withdrawn without any Wagering Requirement — this applies only when a separate announcement is made by the platform.
6.3 Referral Bonus
Any player will receive 8% of their referred friend's first deposit amount (maximum 30,000 Ks per person) as a bonus, and will also receive 0.3% of the referred player's valid bets every week as Cashback Commission. The referral bonus policy applies only to the official referral bonus offer, and in all cases will be handled in accordance with platform announcements.
7. Fair Play
The platform prioritizes equal opportunity for every player. All games operate using results generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live server, and the server data cannot be manipulated by either players or the platform.
- RTP (Return to Player) — varies by game type and represents the average amount a player can expect to get back from their stake. It does not guarantee winnings.
- Game results cannot be predicted in advance; each round is independently generated by the RNG.
- If a game result is incomplete due to a technical issue or server malfunction, the platform will review the records and make a decision accordingly.
8. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform without exception—
- Using hacking software, bots, or automated tools
- Attempting to breach the platform's systems or committing financial fraud
- Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements to claim bonuses (bonus abuse)
- Engaging in match fixing or collusion
- Conducting suspicious deposit and withdrawal patterns that suggest money laundering
- Playing on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age
If any such activity is detected, the platform may close the account and freeze remaining balances without prior notice, and may take legal action in connection with the matter.
9. Personal Data Protection
Players' personal data is handled in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy. The platform protects data in transit using SSL encryption.

10. Limitation of Liability
The platform is not responsible for player losses, natural decreases in funds, or indirect losses related to game outcomes. The platform is also not liable for financial losses caused by software errors, network interruptions, or technical issues on the player's side — however, if a technical issue is confirmed to be on the platform's side, it will be resolved at the platform's discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
00mmr reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the website, and continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are advised to review this page regularly.
12. Account Closure
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the platform via 24/7 Live Chat or at [email protected].
The platform may also suspend an account — with or without prior notice — if a breach of these terms is found. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be handled after a review of the circumstances.
